I was wondering if Xbox 360 Live affects the internet speed or the internet bill. I know that live is $5.00 a month and you need high-speed internet, I want to know if live makes the computer run slower or the internet bill go higher.How does Xbox 360 Live affect the internet speed and bill?
it wont affect the bill at all. it wont affect the computer speed at all either. it xbl uses your internet to connect to a server on the game u r playing. the reason for some laggy games is because everyone cant connect to each other in the server.

For speed, all I can say is that when you do something on the internet, anything else connected to the internet will have a slower connection while operating. It's just the facts of life.

It will not affect the bill that you pay to your internet company but it will affect the speed of your connection. The more devices you have hooked up to one connection the slower your connection will be. So if you want XBox Live but you are worried about speed have either your computer or your XBox on.
