How do I get my Xbox 360 to play regular Xbox games?

I have a 4 gig. Xbox 360 that came with the Kinect and I can't get it to play regular Xbox games. Please help. How do I get my Xbox 360 to play regular Xbox games?
make sure your hard drive is pushed in all the way. I chewed out the guy at radio shack saying they forgot my 250g hard drive only to find out that it wasnt pushed in all the way. On the new xboxes, on the bottom (if set up vertical) there is a latch. slide it out and push in the hard drive
You have to add a hard drive first. It can't play them without it and the 4GB doesn't have an actual hard drive. You'll also need the backwards compatibility update which you can get from Xbox Live by putting a backwards compatible game in.How do I get my Xbox 360 to play regular Xbox games?
Yeah only a few are playable, its on the XBOX website. (about 400-500)

also, i dont know if you would really care but i stumbled on a really neat site, that is giving away XBOX codes as a promo. Its pretty cool, and all you need to do is sign up. but you can only get 1 code per computer (ive tried, lol) http://www.gifts4points.com/home?refid=9鈥?/a> Enjoy my friend!
1. You need a memory card.

2. Not all original Xbox games are compatible with xbox 360, although some are, and usually state it.
