There are 3 different types of Xbox 360s. The Xbox 360 Arcade, Xbox 360 PRO, and the Xbox 360 Elite.



1. The Arcade comes with the console, a controller, a 512MB Memory Stick, and a few arcade games on a disc. You won't be able to play Xbox LIVE with this one, as the download for LIVE is greater than 512MB. All of the Component Cables are also included. The Arcade sells for $199.



2. The PRO comes with the console, a controller, a 60GB Hard Drive, an Ethernet Cable, and Kung Fu Panda, and Lego Indiana Jones. With this one, you will be able to play Xbox LIVE. The PRO sells for $299.



3. The Elite comes with all of the same stuff as the PRO, but in black. The 2 games that come with the PRO are not included. The 60GB HDD is 120GB on the Elite. There are some special editions of the Elite that are in different colors and include a game. (The Resident Evil 5 Elite comes with Resident Evil 5 and the Elite console, but in Red. All Elite consoles sell for $399.

well, there are 3 differentt types of xbox, xbox 360 60gb the average one, this has a 60gb hdd and some other stuff like wireless controllers, headset, etc. the arcade has only small flash memory (ibelievee it to be 256 mb) and less "stuff" than the xbox 360 60gb, also there is the elite, the most expensive one which is black, not white like the others, and has other goodies, like a 120gb hdd and other useful things. so basically its:

xbox 360 arcade (cheapest)

xbox 360 (normal)

xbox 360 elite (the expensive one)



personaly i would reccomend the normal xbox, posibly the arcade(onl if you have a very limited budget), but not really the elite, its a bit too overpriced, only get if you are comletely budget free.What is the different between an XBox 360 and an XBox 360 Arcade ?

With the Arcade, you get a FREE disc that contains 5 classic arcade games, but no hard drive. You would have to spend an extra $90.00 on a Hard Drive. But in return you also get 3 free months of xbox live with the hard drive. (Some kind of promotion)

Now With the Xbox 360 I assume you mean the Pro Bundle. It's the exact same as the Arcade, but no free game, and it comes with a hard drive. That means your stuck with your one month trial.

With the Elite (It's a 3rd option.) You get a 120gb Hard drive, Halo 3 Fable 2 and some kind of $40 Cable for your fancy-shmancy plasma flat screen high def surround sound "68 T.V.

In all, if your considering buying one, if you have $400 to spend I would get the elite. but if you don't i would spend $210 on an arcade and a hard drive. That three free months of gold sure will be tasty after your one month free trail ends.
