What is the difference between the Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Elite?

I currently have a Xbox 360 Halo 3 edition. I was thinking about purchasing an Xbox 360 Elite depending on the benefits of it.



Other than Hard Drive, does the Xbox 360 Elite offer an benefits inside the actual Xbox Console that may be different than the Xbox 360 Halo 3 Edition I currently own?What is the difference between the Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Elite?
I know the difference between a regular xbox 360 and an elite xbox 360 is that:

1. Comes with a bigger hard drive

2. its black

3. it is less likely to get the RROD
