you can buy the video cables but the power supply would probably only be on the internet
just as nik has stated, the power supply should be dealt with through microsoft, as there are different revisions of the xbox such as xenon, zephyer, falcon etc.. that use different amounts of watts for the hardware updates.
As for A/V cables just search on google.
Depending on your t.v (HDTV, SDTV, etc..) you will have to choose the appropriate connection. If you have a hdtv, you should take advantage of the 360's hdmi port and buy a hdmi cable.
(depending on your build, you might not have an hdmi port)
You can buy 3rd part AV cables for 360, but power cords must be purchased from Microsoft.
(wouldn't recommend buying a power supply from eBay because there are several different versions of them and the likelihood of purchasing the correct one is low)

You can get a replacement from xbox customer support, if you are still in warranty. If you are not just ask a friend with an xbox 360 to order one for you (free) and get it from him/her. If neither of these can be an option, then you could go to gamestop, or gaming store, and see if they have a spair, but do not get offbrand powersupplies. They could ruin your xbox 360! If all else fails, this is the last (yet most resourceful and convenient option) go to llamma.com and they have almost anything you could need to replace for your 360! hope this helps!
If you have a tight budget, craigslist or ebay is your option. If not, you can go to any gaming stores such as EB Games, and they should carry what you need. I know they will send you a replacement but at a cost which is ridiculous. Xbox 360?????????????
you can buy the Av cables and the power bar, although not many stores carry the power cord in its stock. you can buy one on ebay is that is the problem you encounter.
