how do i restore the factory settings on my Xbox 360? I mean like get rid of the profiles and everything like that.

If you go to the last tab on your dashboard..and click on system settings..there is a button which says run start up or something like that...it will run the xbox as if you were setting it up for the first time..
Alterntviley you can access your hardware and delete every file manually

Sign out as yourself then go to the sign in
where it says # of profiles found press on that and what ever profile you want deleted go to and i think the X button is to delete
