The Elite comes with a 120 or 250 GB hard drive, which is bigger than the other models. It also comes in colours other than white -- most are black, I've got a red one from the Resident Evil 5 bundle.

The Elite has a bigger hard drive, and is also black.
Comes with HDMI support. That's it. Other than that its the differences you mentioned.
